There was a freezing breeze on the morning of Sunday January 26th, but my best friend Anjelica (Cedar) LaMar was a real trooper when dressing up for me. It was easy to take photos of her because she has such a photogenic face and knows her body well. There are a series of different photos here from morning to afternoon. varying in different dresses. ALSO, I ADDED SOME OLDER SHOTS OF HER IN HERE AS WELL. To view the gallery click HERE, click the "GALLERY" link below, or click the photo to the left. Thank you Cedar for helping build my portfolio, you're the best!

Mid-Afternoon March 23, 2013 I was offered the chance to take some acting head shots for my good friend Sheri Johnsen. Some of you may know her from the gallery showing I participated in at Wix Lounge SF (she was the lovely girl with the bottle cap art). She is an aspiring actress and she needs more exposure, so tell your friends! She's amazing! Here's a gallery of some of the headshots and other photos I captured on that beautiful day at Civic Park in Walnut Creek, CA. A big shout out to the wonderful Sheri Johnsen for letting me capture these, I know she will go places!

As some of you may already know, I am enrolled in a black & white film photography class at DVC (Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill, CA). I have become very passionate about shooting film and creating the prints in the darkroom. I am starting a collection of scans of the prints that I have made throughout the semester thus far, with explanations of the projects (if applicable) for all of you to see. To check out the gallery click HERE, click the "GALLERY" button below, or click the photo to the left. Black and white film is such a new experience and I enjoy it a lot, so I hope you all do too!

Sunday April 14, 2013 was a beautiful sunny day at St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA. It was once again time to take senior portraits for more of my lovely friends who are near the time of graduation. This time, it was Christina Bay and her good friend Sabrina Raine. They were both quite timid in front of the camera, but in my opinion they should have more confidence because these came out great! Thank you guys for the opportunity! To view the gallery click HERE, click the "GALLERY" link below, or click the photo of Sabrina to the left.

Two separate trips I ended up at Stinson Beach and Muir Woods in CA. This is an album showing the beauty of the Redwoods and the surrounding areas near it. It was an incredible experience standing amongst the titans of the woods. Both times were quite foggy and even partially raining so that made the trips a little more interesting. I hope you enjoy it! Wednesday was a nice hot afternoon/ evening for the Walnut Creek Downtown Spring Wine Walk. A friend of mine named Liz Rhines hired me to take some photos for the event for a few hours because I had previously shot their ICE RINK EVENT. The event was a lot of fun and there were so many businesses participating in it. There was food, wine, music and loads of people filling the streets. There will also be one coming up in September and I encourage everyone to come join! To see the photos click HERE, click the "GALLERY" button below, or click the photo to the left. A link to their site is here:WALNUT CREEK DOWNTOWN - A big thank you to Kathy Hemmenway and Liz Rhines for the opportunity!
